When you place an order on our website, you will receive an email confirmation. This does not mean your order has been accepted. Your order is accepted only when we send you a shipping confirmation or dispatch your products.

  • Payment issues

  • Suspected fraudulent activity

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices may change without prior notice.

Currently, we accept Cash on Delivery (COD) as the main payment method. In the future, we may enable secure online payment options such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, or Shopify Payments. Your payment information will be handled securely through these third-party providers.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to deliver your orders as quickly as possible. Delivery times vary based on your location and courier availability. While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to factors outside our control (courier issues, weather, holidays, etc.).
