Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Overview

At South Indian Bites, we take pride in providing fresh and high-quality South Indian snacks. Because our products are food items, all sales are final and we do not accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order, we are always here to help.

2. Incorrect or Missing Items

If your order arrives incorrect or missing items, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or video as proof.

Once verified, we may offer one of the following:

  • A replacement of the affected item(s)
  • A partial refund
  • Store credit

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only issued in the following situations:

  • You received the wrong item
  • An item was missing from your order
  • Your order was never delivered by the courier

Refunds are not issued for:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
  • Not liking the taste or flavor (food preferences vary)
  • Delays caused by courier services or weather conditions

4. Canceling an Order

Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been packed or shipped. Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
